About the Event
Come and bring your camping gear to join our Wild Breath Camp with Allan Brownlie and Lisa Krause! We will gather together at the Linn of Quoich to connect to nature, ourselves and each other.
We will camp out at the stunning Linn of Quoich, next to the beautiful river. There will be a guided breathwork session in the Tentipi (which will also be our group shelter for sharing and dinner) and a supported cold-water immersion in the river.

Transportation is not included and we will meet Saturday 15:00 at the Linn of Quoich car park. The surrounding area is stunning so feel free to explore either before or after the event if you feel like staying longer on Sunday! We will facilitate a guided breathwork session Saturday afternoon after everyone has set up their tents and settled in.
The evening will be open to exploring the area, connecting to nature, sharing, food and community co-creation (this could be stories, songs, games, or simply enjoying your surrounding). Sunday morning we will start the day with a supported cold-water immersion to experience the wild waters of the land together!
If you have difficulty finding Linn of Quoich, please let us know and we can meet you at the Linn of Dee. If you are coming from Braemar and do not have a car, get in touch, as others might be driving through.
