Breathe smarter, run stronger! Join Allan Brownlie for in-person training sessions dedicated to manipulating your known breathing—a game-changing set of techniques that can transform the way you run.
What You'll Learn:
• Intro chat on understanding the principles of breathwork: How to use the breath as a tool and understand how to use it in your own way.
• CO2 tolerance assessment: The assessment will give us a baseline on what each individual will work on through Allan's guidance.
• Practical Breathing Drills: Step-by-step exercises to train your body to breathe efficiently, even at higher intensities.
