Nature Breath - Retreat with a twist (7 nights)

Here you will discover how to learn from the cold by using the breath to lean into stress and gain superior focus, enhance mental and physical performance, boost your immune system and increase your cold tolerance.

During these 7 days you will learn the techniques which include breathwork, meditation, earthing, cold exposure and visualisation and how to apply them in your everyday life.

Birkelunn is an authentic Norwegian hutte which was constructed in Norway, shipped to Scotland and built in 1938. With a grass roof and set in a quiet birch wood with beautiful views of heather clad hills and down the Dee valley. Traditionally furnished, Birkelunn offers a large cosy sitting room with open fire and many pieces of original furniture.
