About This Experience
We will come together as men to work on becoming solid, good, open-minded and consistent men. Each 3 hour session throughout this 4 block summer series will be similar to the previous session with different segments in each session for a new experience and learning each time you commit yourself to this "Men's Only Session".

What’s in the program:
• Introduction
• Check In
• Exercises to release tension
• Breathwork
• Exercises using the breath and the cold to enhance exercise performance.
• Time for men to talk, listen & share
• Workout to strengthen the respiratory muscles ( this part of the program could differ from session-session)
• Taking a moment gratitude practice
• Chage Tea drink to square up our session
