About This Experience

When: March 28th-31st 2024 (4 days or 3 nights)

Where: near Sennybridge (South Wales)

In this week we will go on a Hero’s journey towards modern male initiation and self - examination, elements that have both nearly vanished in our modern - day culture. From the head to the heart, from the mind back into our bodies. This is by no means a retreat, but a reconnection, a re- indigenising, a coming back home.

On 165 acres of Rewilding, a combination of Breathwork, cold water exposure as well as land based wild living skills will make this experience unforgettable for sure. To feel deep brotherhood, meeting our shadows together, softening into true authentic connection - being fully seen.

We will have a chance to honour a whole deer as part of this beautiful offering. Experience reverence, connection to our food as well as remembering the old ways.

“To be human is to become visible while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others”

What’s included:

  • Food and camping in beautiful Tipis in the Welsh mountains
  • Honouring of one Deer (butchery food, craft, ceremony)
  • Different nervous system regulation techniques (cold water/Breathwork, etc)
  • Embodied masculine Menswork
