It's All About The Cold

 Take your cold exposure experience to the next level.

The Weekend will be run by – Allan Brownlie was in the first international training group with Wim Hof.

What’s in the program:

• Guided breathing session

• How to be the manager of your energy

• Nature cold water dips

• Minimal clothes hike

• Extremities cold exposure

• Darkness minimal clothes hike

• Chats explaining how to use the breath as a tool in everyday life

• Night river dips

• Hike in the Cairngorms National Park

• Barefoot walking

• How to lower your heart rate, lean into stress, and feel more relaxed

Accommodation:

All bedroom doors are accessed from the outside, double beds and single beds.

Accommodation, Dinners, all activities

Harvest Chaga Tea  from the Scottish Highlands.

The Dinners over the 4 days  will be based on the Scottish & UK seasonal food calendar. The quality Scottish Wild Venison is bought at local butcher from a local estate. (I can not accommodate a vegan diet)

Location:

Royal Deeside is a fine-looking area with its characteristic Scottish blend of moody mountains, lofty crags, tumbling rivers and moors and forests.
