About This Experience

Trust the guidance of experienced cold exposure facilitator Allan Brownlie, and feel an overwhelming sense of achievement, great happiness and joyful excitement when you feel comfortable in the Scottish icy clear river in the middle of the Cairngorms.

Location:

Royal Deeside is a fine-looking area with its characteristic Scottish blend of moody mountains, lofty crags, tumbling rivers and moors and forests.
